WhatsApp is a platform for an informal and unofficial communication. But at
Caduceus, Whatsapp has been the most common and formal mode of communication .
Its become an integral part of the club for its better productivity .
Caduceus networks with 600+ medical students from 19 different medical colleges
across 7 cities in India including Mumbai , Pune, Solapur, Nashik, Delhi and Kolhapur
only and only through WhatsApp. Yes, we have done it.
We believe the Caducean network is uncompetitive. We have one person from each
college as a (college representative) CR for his college. He manages and coordinates
with the volunteers belonging to his college. These are the volunteers who wish to work
with RCCaduceus in the healthcare sector . These CRs report to the HR team and help
increase the involvement of members from their respective colleges in Caduceus
projects.
We share club project details with these CRs and they convey our messages to
their college mates. This is how we always get volunteers for our projects.
Apart from networking , we also started learning over whatsapp . Medical education
through a WhatsApp group called StudyMate.

Whatsapp for Caduceus , is no more an informal mode of communication. We believe
in finding gold in whatever that's never called more than a coal.
