Take - A - Break
A medical student will typically be seen with a short white coat, stethoscope around the neck, note cards and big fat books in a hand, pockets stuffed with medical reference material , perceptual expression of pleasant expectation on the face and altruistic vibes emanating from core of being. But no, there’s more to it.

We usually miss out noticing their constant anxious emotion about next assignment, their grinding teeth, vibrating heart from coffee overdoses, bags full of energy drinks and yet comes that smile in front of those patients..

Medicos need to cease movement for a bit in order to relax and recover strength. What could be better than seeping into the wonderland with tall green hills, strong refreshing breeze, fast flowing water bodies, and feeling peace from with in? Rotaract Club of The Caduceus initiates an unwinding and slacking off programme known as Take - A- Break, Let’s Trek.

Trekking not only is a time- out measure for the medicos from their busy schedules, but it also builds a robust heart, agile muscles, calms the mind down and cuts off stress ,thus contributing towards fitness and healthy life at the same time. It is a great bet for those who need it and is worth that optimum effort.
