The Rotaract Club of Caduceus has always been keen and eager to work for the society. The Phoenix Mega Medical Camp near Phoenix Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai was another event where we worked selflessly for the people of all strata of the society.

The medical camp was organized from 05/01/18 to 07/01/18 for 300- 400 individuals. Anthropometry, vitals (BP, Pulse), ECG, general check up, vision testing, dental check up, were provided to those found deficient in vision ability.cancer screening were the aspects checked for all the people visiting the camp.

Illnesses were diagnosed and referred to low cost or free centres for further treatment. Low cost spectacles were lent out to the people who needed them.

The project was greatly successful in providing services to target societies throughout Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Neral , Pune, Nashik and Kolhapur which do not have a proper medical health care support.

It was greatly satisfying to help create a difference in the society. As Martin Luther King Jr. perfectly says it:

‘Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, what are you doing for others?’
