Exchanges are a great way of developing interpersonal skills and exploring new arenas.It facilitates formation of new bonds between Rotaractors of two different regions in order to promote exchange of ideas.

Rtr. Parth Doshi got the amazing opportunity of being a part of the IDYE ie Inter District Youth Exchange 2018 at Chandigarh.

After his arrival at Chandigarh, he received a warm welcome from the Rotaract Club of UIET, who hosted him from 18th to 22nd of January, 2018. A visit to Rock Garden, seeking blessings at Nada Sahib Gurudwara, Drive to Himalayan Expressway, The Winterball; all of these events made this Exchange exceedingly pleasant and enjoyable.

There was also a tour to Sukhna Lake for letterhead Exchange with the other fellow Rotaractors. Confidence, independence, and self realisation  are the three aspects Rtr. Parth Doshi has noticed himself really grow in.

He has become a lot more open to new things than just his comfort zone, he adds. We hope this experience will motivate more rotaractors from the club to join district IDYE`s.
