At Caduceus although we aim to take our health care services  in and around  Mumbai, our directors do not refrain to reach out to the needy and this time to- Indore! The camp was held at Pithampur, Indore on the 10th of September 2017.

Approximately, 100  girls and boys were observed. As usual, we recorded their anthropometric measures and carried out general examination, vision testing, and dental checkup. Deworming tablets were given to all for dwindling stomach infections if any. Based on the clinical evaluation, children that required further medical attention were reported to the authorities.

Later in the day, we had counseling sessions which covered topics like hand hygiene, oral hygiene, water borne diseases, nutrition, menstrual hygiene and physiotherapy sessions with demonstration of important exercises and stretches, posture correction.

Our volunteers made sure they would extend an helping hand off their busy schedule and we had a very enthusiastic group this time, which made it even better!
