We frequently go through bouts of living a healthy lifestyle and instantly decide to have a run in the spirit of being fit and healthy, but more often we fail to understand the little things that can cause varied types of injuries and unalarmed pain due to casual running.
To requite and promote safety during running, ATHETOLOGY was held at Five Gardens, Mumbai on 8th October 2017.

The event was conducted in order to educate participants about the benefits of running and to enlighten them about simple methods to plan out their work out sessions.
The event ATHLETOLOGY phase- 2 covered up core strengthening exercise in optimal forms , dos and don’ts in training sessions, isolated exercise for activation of single muscles were also taught.
Mostly non athletes came for the event and it was great learning session for them.
The response received from the participants was overwhelming and it was appreciated as an idiosyncratic event.
